Welcome to Sigasig! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our platform, including our website, mobile application, and any services provided by Gabay ("we," "us," or "our"). Let us dive into the rules and responsibilities of using our DepEd-ready LMS.

By creating an account, accessing, or using Sigasig, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our platform.

2. Account Registration and Security

To use certain features, you must register for an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and for all activities that occur under your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that appear to be compromised or are used in violation of these Terms.

You agree not to use the platform to:

Sigasig, its features, and original content are owned by Gabay and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws. Educators retain ownership of the data and content they upload to the platform.

5. Limitation of Liability

While we strive for accuracy in our grading computations and DepEd-formatted exports, Gabay shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the platform or reliance on its outputs. Always review key documents before final submission to school authorities.

6. Modifications to the Service

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the platform (or any part thereof) with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the platform.
